The Electric Mayhem Arrives at Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets

The Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster featuring The Muppets is racing into Disney’s Hollywood Studios in the summer of 2026, powered by the vibrant tunes of the Electric Mayhem and the thrilling antics of The Muppets. Even more thrilling, today we have exciting new details to share about the lively characters guests will encounter while visiting the recording studio.

The Electric Mayhem: One Night Only!

The Electric Mayhem is headlining their biggest concert in Hollywood yet! Everyone who’s anyone is there to see Animal, Dr. Teeth, and the rest of this groovy group rock the venue. There’s just one small issue: the band is missing!

Across town at G-Force Records, guests enjoy a VIP tour of the iconic rock and roll recording studio. Things might seem a bit different at this Hollywood landmark, as the label is now under new management – The Muppets! We’re pleased to announce that our colorful crew has found a new home... with a little assistance from Scooter’s uncle, real estate mogul and owner of the Muppet Theatre, J.P. Grosse (he truly puts the G in G-Force). Just wait until your guests see how they’ve transformed these legendary halls into the perfect spot to create sweet, sweet Muppet music together!

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Courtyard

If you're a fan of that enormous, truly gigantic, humorously oversized guitar, you'll be thrilled to hear that the latest inhabitants of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster are adding their own twist to the ruby red color scheme.

The guitar's underside will showcase a vibrant and psychedelic new design, inspired by a classic Muppet car paint job, while the piano motif at the base will include a golden key, paying tribute to a certain iconic band leader.

Welcome to the Studio

With VIP passes in hand, guests will be invited into the recording studio, where they'll discover the Electric Mayhem producing some truly rocking tunes. Accompanied by the best audio engineers (all penguins, naturally), they'll witness Scooter trying his hardest to persuade Electric Mayhem to stop playing and attend to their increasingly impatient fans. But will his efforts be enough to get the band across town and onstage in time?

A Rock ‘n’ Roll Roadtrip: Coming Summer 2026

With assistance from our friends at Muppet Labs and a high-speed limousine, guests will embark on a thrilling, twisting road trip across Hollywood to make it to the concert on time. The famous scenery and landmarks of Tinseltown will receive a Muppet-themed makeover when the attraction opens in summer 2026.

Throughout the journey, guests will enjoy the Electric Mayhem playing some of the most legendary rock hits to keep the music and excitement alive. I'm sure G Force Records will soon release a concert setlist.
