Jock Lindsey’s Halloween-themed Hangar Bar Returns with New Menu Items

Due to popular demand, the Halloween excitement is back at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar in Disney Springs! Enjoy the spooky decorations and savor a new menu featuring sinister drinks and eerie dishes. You can partake in the Halloween fun until November 9.

Amidst the quirky 1940s Halloween decorations, enjoy the new and unique drinks and snacks on the devilishly delightful menu.

• Candelabra Eggs: Deviled eggs with crispy fried chicken, sweet-and-tart pepper sauce, and aji amarillo custard (New)

• Dark Forest Dip: Roasted mixed mushrooms, baby rainbow carrots, hummus, toasted pumpkin seed, and pita (New)

• Bone Kebabs: Pork and beef bone kebabs, prosciutto, creamy tomato sauce, and katifi straws (New)

• Midnight Mayhem Popcorn Chicken: Crispy fried chicken, candied bacon, spiced walnuts, popcorn, and hot honey sauce (New)

• Skull of the Dead Dip: Barbacoa beef, cheddar sauce, spicy fried onion straws, and plantain chips (New)

• Alien Invader Sliders: Crispy Nashville hot fried chicken, sliced provolone, dill pickle slices, cheddar-chive biscuit, and queen olives

• Skull and Sour: Jameson Irish Whiskey, Bols Peach Schnapps Liqueur, lemon juice, and pumpkin spice syrup topped with green apple juice-filled pearls and gummy strands (New)

• Temple of Doom Margarita: Patrón Silver Tequila, Bols Blackberry Brandy, blackberry purée, habanero-lime syrup, and lime juice topped with a black sugar rim, blackberries, and cherries (New)

• Midnight Relic: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, ube syrup, cream of coconut, lemon juice, and a pinch of edible glitter (New)

• Viper’s Nest: DOLE Pineapple Juice, white cranberry juice, green apple syrup, blue curaçao syrup, Sprite, and butterfly pea extract topped with green apple juice-filled pearls and gummy candy (New)

Inside Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar at Disney Springs is offering frights and thrills with Halloween-themed decorations from Jock’s collection.

Pumpkin scarecrows greets you at the entrance. One flying an airplane mimics the spirit of Jock Lindsey, but with a spooky twist.

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar becomes a cozy and inviting spot during Halloween, combining the warm glow of vintage lanterns with playful elements that feel more charming than scary.

The ambiance feels like stepping into a nostalgic Halloween party from years ago, where stories are shared over themed cocktails and every corner offers a little surprise.

A cluster of Jack-O’-lanterns sits above you, ready to flicker through the night.

In the far corner of the bar, you can find a cardstock band of vintage Beistle-style black cat decorations watching over the room like little guardians of Halloween past. Their mischievous eyes observe as patrons sip their chosen drinks, seemingly plotting their next Halloween tune.

All the Halloween decorations have been added to Jock’s ever-growing collection of memorabilia from his adventurous piloting days. High above and to the right of the bar, look for the “Bigelow’s Air Circus” banner with faded lettering and weathered canvas.

Bigelow’s Air Circus is a nod to the 1991 Disney film The Rocketeer, and guests might spot another reference to the film on a ‘South Seas Club’ coaster during their visit.

Jock’s pet boa constrictor seems to be on the move, as Reggie’s cage is once again empty. When he returns, he’ll have to slither past a set of retro blow molds with expressive faces dancing with light.

Festive tinsel garland, popular in the 1940s, zigzags in front of Jock’s treasures, including a banner for his win in the National Air Races.

Who is Jock Lindsey?

Jock is Indiana Jones’ barnstorming pilot who discovered Disney Springs in 1938 while pursuing a mythology-related lead in Central Florida.

His fascination with the town’s natural springs led him to purchase waterfront property and settle down. He then constructed an airplane hangar as his home base, giving birth to Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar.

The bar is filled with artifacts and references that connect to both Indiana Jones stories and the larger Society of Explorers and Adventurers (S.E.A.) universe, suggesting that Jock was either a member or closely linked to the society. His hangar bar became a gathering spot for adventurers, blending the world of Indiana Jones with Disney’s rich mythology of exploration and global mystery.
