Gingerbread Displays
Finding all the gingerbread displays at Disneyland Resort is one of our cherished holiday traditions, and this year’s stunning creations are definitely worth seeing.
These delightful confections are baked, assembled, and decorated by a skilled team of pastry chefs, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship and abundant festive spirit.

Lobby of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
This year’s magnificent gingerbread display at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is indeed grand. The facade of the house reflects the hotel's architectural design, paying homage to the new Mickey’s Christmas Carol Feast character dining experience introduced this year at Storytellers Cafe. Guests can even spot characters like Scrooge McDuck, along with 25 Hidden Mickeys tucked into the display!
Incorporating elements of the American Craftsman style and the distinctive brown and green earthy tones found throughout the Grand Californian, the skilled pastry team added snow, bows, and wreaths to give the house a true holiday feel. It required 520 pounds of gingerbread dough and 720 hours to create this festive masterpiece, now located in the hotel lobby.

Haunted Mansion Holiday at Disneyland Park
This year, the gingerbread house inside the Haunted Mansion Holiday attraction pays tribute to the Raven, one of the mansion's spectral residents who usually guides guests but takes a break when the Halloween Town inhabitants arrive.
Named “A Murder Most Fowl,” the gingerbread house features 13 crows occupying the eerie dwelling in his absence. These birds can be seen shifting from their spots or observing visitors with their glowing red eyes. A team of eight pastry chefs spent nearly 20 days and used over 200 pounds of gingerbread to create this impressive display, which stands 13 feet tall.
This is a must-see and must-smell attraction for visitors' holiday bucket lists, especially since the mansion ballroom truly carries the aroma of fresh gingerbread.

More Ways to Enjoy Gingerbread at Disneyland Resort
The gingerbread excitement continues! Chip ‘n’ Dale are joyfully greeting guests in their festive gingerbread attire for a limited period in Town Square at Disneyland Park. As part of the holiday festivities, guests can also enjoy seeing dancing gingerbread cookies in “A Christmas Fantasy Parade” as these lively characters parade down Main Street, U.S.A.*.
Besides these treats, drinks, and stunning displays, be sure to check out other delightful surprises – such as the charming gingerbread-themed merchandise from DisneyStore.com and at Disney Parks.
With so many ways to enjoy gingerbread, the Holidays at Disneyland Resort truly offer a feast for the senses.
