Hello everyone! Gather your friends because a new limited-time pop-up is arriving at The Diamond Horseshoe in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom Park on October 4. Reservations open on September 29, and it's definitely worth a visit.


Get ready to indulge, as we offer you a sneak peek at the full frontier menu.


They have a variety of new dishes hot off the skillet that are sure to delight. Enjoy shareable plates like the delectable Sweet Golden Corn Fritters (the epitome of comfort food!) and the hearty Queso Fundido with Barbecue Burnt Ends, served with warm tortilla chips.


Pair your meal with a fresh selection of drinks. For guests of all ages, try the Caramel Root Beer with Sweet Cream, a twist on Barq’s Root Beer, or the Orange Cream Soda, which combines Fanta Orange with vanilla and cream for a refreshing citrusy flavor.


For those who love huckleberry, the High Plains Huckleberry cocktail features 44° North Mountain Huckleberry Vodka, crème de cassis liqueur, lemon juice, and cranberry. Prefer something stronger? Try the Coal’d Fashioned, made with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, cinnamon syrup, orange bitters, and Angostura bitters for a smooth finish.
