EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival Foodie Guide 2026

Attention food enthusiasts: the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is just around the corner! From March 4 to June 1, immerse yourself in a springtime celebration filled with delectable dishes, flourishing gardens, exclusive merchandise, and live entertainment that you won't want to miss.


This year, over 20 outdoor kitchens and more than 75 new menu items await to tantalize your taste buds. With such a variety of flavors in bloom, every foodie is sure to find something delightful. Be sure to buzz over to the World Showcase to sample new offerings like the Sha Cha Beef Bao Bun at Lan Yuan and the Blackened Shrimp Po’ Boy at Magnolia Terrace. You can also indulge in returning favorites such as the Frushi at Hanami and the Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade at Pineapple Promenade.


As you savor dishes from around the world, don't forget to grab a Festival Passport to partake in the delightful Garden Graze. To join this returning food stroll, featuring 9 delicious treats from the Outdoor Kitchens, simply get a stamp in your passport after each purchase. Once you've collected five stamps, you can claim your exclusive treat from the Pineapple Promenade. To discover all the treats featured in this year's food stroll, look for the menu items marked with a "*" below.

You can enjoy a cash-free experience with Festival-themed Disney Gift Card wristlets! Select from two floral designs featuring Spike the Bee or Orange Bird, both set on a distinctive watering can shape. With a minimum activation of $15, you can conveniently pay for food, drinks, and merchandise.


While the food is a major highlight, there's much more to anticipate at this year's festival. EPCOT will be in full bloom with vibrant gardens and meticulously crafted topiaries showcasing some of guests' favorite characters. Additionally, world-renowned musical acts will take the stage at the America Gardens Theatre for the Garden Rocks Concert Series. Don't forget the exclusive merchandise available for guests to commemorate the fun!
