Featuring one brand-new theme and four returning ones, the 2026 Disneyland After Dark events promise enchanting evenings filled with love, memories, nostalgia, adventure, and community for visitors of all ages!
Disneyland After Dark events are special ticketed, themed nights offering access to Disneyland park and selected attractions after-hours (usually with shorter wait times), creative entertainment, character interactions, delicious food and drinks, exclusive merchandise collections, and much more!
The celebrations occur on select nights from January to June 2026.

On Nov. 20, 2025, Disney revealed the themes and dates for all the 2026 Disneyland After Dark events, detailing experience highlights and ticket sale information for Sweethearts’ Nite and the brand-new 70 Years of Favorites.
Today, they’re announcing the exciting fandom activities and ticket sales for Disney Channel Nite and Star Wars Nite! Additionally, they’re introducing “Sounds of Magic,” a new entertainment feature that will be part of 70 Years of Favorites.
Disneyland After Dark: Sweethearts’ Nite has now sold out. As of this publication, tickets are still available for 70 Years of Favorites on March 3 and March 5.
What’s Included with a Disneyland After Dark Ticket
Each Disneyland After Dark event is held at Disneyland park, starting at 9 p.m. and lasting until 1 a.m. That's 4 hours of nighttime fun after the park closes!
Pre-party park mix-in: Admission to Disneyland After Dark also grants entry to Disneyland park from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., providing you with a three-hour preview before the party kicks off! During this period, you can explore attractions available during regular park hours.
Photos from the party: Enjoy unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos taken during the event. This means there’s no limit to the memories you can create! You can simply scan the QR code on their event wristband using the Disneyland app to view your photo gallery.
Commemorative event guide: Alongside the uniquely themed fun, admission tickets include a commemorative keepsake and event guide map. The map is useful during the party and so beautifully designed that guests will want to keep it as a collectible souvenir to remember their visit.

Sweethearts’ Nite Entertainment
In 2026, the new “Celebrate Love Cavalcade” will make its way down Main Street, U.S.A., celebrating loved ones including best friends, soulmates, and family. You can expect Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and their friends to spread love during this magical parade.
Also debuting in 2026, the romantic show “Once Upon a Dream - A Musical Journey Through the Disney Songbook” offers a musical exploration of love and romance, showcasing live singers and various Disney royalty, and concludes with a nighttime ball under the stars.
You can join in the fun at the new Disney Duets festive karaoke event at the beloved Golden Horseshoe in Frontierland, featuring a special Disney twist.
Dance along with Donald Duck and Daisy Duck at the Valentine’s Dance Party at Tomorrowland Terrace.
Beautiful photo backdrops around the park invite guests to “step into the scenes” of beloved films like Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “The Aristocats,” “Tangled,” “Aladdin,” “Lady and the Tramp,” and more.
Sweethearts’ Nite Specialty Food
As the saying goes, the way to the heart is through the stomach! You can delight in specially curated sweet and savory treats.
New for 2026 at Galactic Grill is a triple berry slushy with a Mickey-shaped glow cube. Returning favorites include surf n’ turf loaded fries at Red Rose Taverne.
More specialty menu items will be available at table-service restaurants: Blue Bayou Restaurant, River Belle Terrace, and Carnation Café, subject to availability. Reservations are recommended for table-service restaurants and can be booked online at Disneyland.com or through the Disneyland app. Same-day reservations can be made on a limited basis and are subject to availability.
On the night of the event, you may have the chance to join the mobile walk-up list at select table-service restaurants using the Disneyland app.

Then on Wednesday, Dec. 10, (no earlier than 9 a.m. PT) all Magic Key holders will have the chance to buy from a limited number of pre-sale tickets.
General: On Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025 (no earlier than 9 a.m. PT), tickets will become available to the general public. Tickets are limited and subject to availability.

This brand-new theme, 70 Years of Favorites, invites you on a nostalgic journey celebrating seven decades of memorable experiences at the cherished theme park. In honor of the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration, it brings together the best events from Disneyland, featuring tributes to beloved musical moments, shows, and characters.
You will be surrounded by memories of Disneyland's past as they embark on a figurative stroll down memory lane, with offerings that honor the park’s history.

Introducing this year, Penny Proud from “The Proud Family” makes her first appearance at the Disneyland Resort during this event. She joins other Disney Channel favorites like Kim Possible, Lilo & Stitch, and many more. Make sure to have your camera ready to capture these unique photo moments.
Grab some pom-poms and get ready to cheer at the “High School Musical – ZOMBIES Pep Rally,” which celebrates songs from both “High School Musical” and “ZOMBIES.” This lively street show will surely get you dancing and enjoying the beloved tunes from these popular films.
Learn the wicked moves for “DescenDANCE” along the Rivers of America. The mischievous Villain Kids are eager to show guests “It’s Good to Be Bad” as they showcase their dance skills.

Star Wars Nite is back for four evenings filled with thrilling experiences, themed entertainment, cosmic food and drinks, and character meet-and-greets from the Star Wars universe. Get ready to see Captain Phasma and her elite First Order Stormtroopers as they search for Resistance spies in “The March of the First Order”, returning to Tomorrowland. Will their interrogation techniques uncover the Resistance?
You can ignite your lightsaber and learn the Jedi way at a Lightsaber Instructional. Expert instructors will demonstrate the proper handling of a lightsaber and teach a series of defensive and offensive techniques.
